Prize money of up to € 15.000 is available for the most innovative, sustainable project idea. Their idea is pretty cool too: a design agency that is part of the municipality, aimed at tackling abstract problems with design methods.

Something like a Last.fm for blogs. This service uses a Firefox plugin to track what you’ve been looking at and generates a list of most read blogs that you can show as a blogroll. Interesting.
