The kids were moti­vat­ed, busy and engaged. In my expe­ri­ence, the time chil­dren get into trou­ble is when they are not busy, moti­vat­ed and engaged. It’s dur­ing that time they bul­ly oth­er kids, graf­fi­ti or wreck things around the school.
