Welcome to the new site!

Well, the move is com­plete. I’ve moved my blog over to my own domain. It was lying around doing noth­ing, so I may as well put it to use.

This blog uses Word­Press 2 as it’s CMS. It was a breeze to import all the Blog­ger posts. Nice one, WP team!

I’ve for­ward­ed all the RSS feeds to Feed­burn­er, so if you’ve sub­scribed to that feed (which means you’re read­ing this), you won’t have to change anything.

To-do:

  • Cre­ate a new theme (now run­ning the pret­ty “Almost Spring” by Bec­ca)
  • Pull in my Flickr photo’s
  • Pull in my del.icio.us links (done!)
  • Cre­ate an about page
  • Cre­ate an archive page
  • Fig­ure out the IA for this site — to tag or not to tag?
  • Cat­e­go­rize or tag all my old posts (not look­ing for­ward to that)

    The 404 isn’t that ugly now is it?

    I’m not sure if Tex­tile is enabled. It isn’t (yet) in my post edi­tor. Tex­tile isn’t enabled in com­ments. Would be nice though.
